Core Devices – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to stock availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using Australia Post or other reputable carriers.
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. Core Devices is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped with tracking where available. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer at that point.


Signature on Delivery

Signature on delivery may be included for higher-value orders or when selected during checkout.
For orders where signature is not selected or included, parcels may be left in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion.

If you require guaranteed hand-over, please ensure a shipping option that includes signature on delivery is selected where available.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Core Devices is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend selecting signature on delivery for added security, particularly for high-value items.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Core Devices is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.


Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments include tracking; however, signature on delivery may not be available or guaranteed in all countries. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered proof of delivery.
